My spouse and I had somewhat of a complicated I-485 application, and from the first time we consulted Tracie, she really stayed true to the hope motto and calmed our fears. She prepared us very well for our in-person interview with USCIS and when D day was here, we couldn’t attend because of COVID. Tracie kept us on track by requesting USCIS to reschedule our interview. We had to wait another 7 months, but every update from Tracie in the meantime had some sort of a comforting factor. Where should I begin!!! Our journey started back in 2012 when my husband was detained in Stewart. Prior to calling Tracie I called a few other attorney’s who thought it was best not to take his case one who suggested Hope Immigration. I didn’t have any expectations, however upon our initial phone call Tracie remained optimistic and assured me there was HOPE. I’m sure when she decided to take his case, she didn’t know it would be a 10-year long case. Why 10 years, well it wasn’t easy my husband was released out of Stewart by the Grace of God, and we began our journey that started with a U-Visa after 3 years we applied for a permanent residence card. Once permanent residence card was applied for USICS would request more evidence year after year, along with explanations year after year, more evidence year after year shadowing our lives with doubt and fear. 2022 our world shattered a 12-page explanation of why my husband couldn’t stay. All felt surreal this couldn’t be happening we had worked so hard for many years we were living our worst nightmare in my desperation I decided to get a second opinion who reviewed our case and wholeheartedly felt Tracie did an amazing job. Once again, like before we gathered our emotions, scheduled another appointment with Tracie once again like before asked if there was any HOPE and once again as before she replied there is a possibility to fight back. We decided to appeal USCIS’s decision. By The Grace of God many prayers we received his APPROVAL January 2023. We are grateful and thankful The Lord placed Tracie and Hope Immigration in our paths.
