I usually don't leave reviews unless I'm extremely pleased with a job well done. A year ago, I felt hopeless, overwhelmed but i was still holding on until i was referred to Tracie and her awesome team. I am beyond happy we chose Tracie and her great team to take on our case of status change (Residency/Green Card), since day one they have been the most kind, understanding, respectful and helpful ladies, especially during the pandemic that slowed down all processes at USCIS, we felt a little unease, but they always stayed on top of everything and guided us each step of the way.
