It took a long time for me to find Josh Kahn to represent me in my EEO case with a federal agency, but it was worth the search! Josh was professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind at every step of the process. He explained options, confirmed my understanding of procedures, and was beyond valuable in reviewing the terms of my settlement to be sure the language was an accurate representation of the agreement reached in mediation. To my surprise, I ended up using the settlement document to protect myself from adverse action twice in the 6 months following the end of mediation, which made me very grateful for Josh all over again. I have several issues with the Dept of Veteran Affairs at the Federal government. Mr. Eric Pines called me quickly to listen to my concerns and issues. He WANTED to listen to what I had to say. Michael Kleineman is top notch! One of the 40 year Medical Dr's that treated me said , " I am blown away at the depth, professionalism and knowledge applied to the Dr statement he wrote. Michael Hoffer has been phenomenal! He got my case from another law firm that was just sitting on it. From day one he has tried his hardest to get my case resolved. After our daughter was in a very traumatic car accident and required emergency surgery as well as many other services such as physical therapy, trauma/ptsd therapy, and follow up surgeries we were completely at ease with Mr Hoffer and his team taking over. There is no way my husband and I could have kept up with all the medical bills, surgeries, anesthesiologists, surgery centers, etc. we would’ve been in collections months ago. Her legal team did absolutely everything for us. They dealt with the medical and car insurances, stopped bills from going to collections, made all the calls, kept us updated on progress, called and checked on our daughter, called and checked on me.
