If you are hesitant about a submitting a FERS medical retirement packet, don’t be! I highly recommend that you use Pines Federal Law Firm (Law Offices of Eric L. Pines) to represent you during this process. I used the Atlanta, GA office and was highly impressed with the expertise and customer service that I received from Michael Kleinman, Esq. Although, I was a little skeptical when I first started the process, after speaking with Michael, I felt a very sure of my decision. During my first meeting with Michael, he explained the process for submitting a FERS disability retirement packet.
