A NOID (notice of intent to deny) was received on my original filing for my wife. In my opinion, our then immigration attorneys did not provide the quality guidance and support that would have circumvented such actions by USCIS; and even after receiving said notice, our then representatives showed little/no interest in having a sit down with my wife and I.
