My 1.5 year old Chrysler was a having a recurring problem with the Cruise Control that the dealership was unable to fix. I originally contacted Alex about pursuing a Lemon Law case, however, Chrysler denied it because the car was 120 miles over the limit. Instead of dropping the case, Alex hit them with a Breach of Warranty and I was awarded over $5000 for my troubles, and I got to keep the car! I would highly recommend.

Talked to Jeremy Citron a few days before 2-year statute of limitations was up on an auto-pedestrian accident. He had suit filed within 48 hours and effectively managed collection of all needed records. He arranged a video deposition to keep case moving during COVID and prevailed for a six figure settlement. I would rather have my foot uninjured, but covered surgery and what will probably be physical therapy the rest of my life.

My experience with this law firm was awful. They are not responsive at all. I spoke to Bill once, and then after my documents had been sent, he completely went ghost. They would not return phone calls or emails. I do not recommend using this company.

I was told 2017 up for lemon law

If your considering an attorney, you should definitely go with Mr. Schnipper. I was pulled over for driving well over the speed limit and received a hefty ticket. I knew that this ticket could put some points on my license or even get it suspended for at least 6 months, not to mention that I would have to attend a days worth of traffic school and my insurance rates would be through the roof.
