My experience with this fella' has been nothing but aggravating. If you're willing to lose your cash, please take the time to put it to someone's use....like a charity, not this guy. By far, my worst experience with an attorney. My case is nothing criminal, so I'm not trying to get away with a crime, its all civil and this guy is just horrible. Plain and simple. save yourself and family the stress.

I did not write a review or voice my opinion of my experience with Mr. Citron at the time, but after having the unfortunate experience of needing representation for a second DUI, I can't help but warn people. I have to agree with the post below mine on this review board.
Mr. Citron is very snarky and condescending to his clients; making you feel as if you are an inconvenience and interruption to his day, rather than a paying client who is relying on his expertise. He went so far as to sit on his iPhone and check game scores while we were discussing my plea which felt like a life/death situation to me.
He had told me NOT to turn myself in until he arranged a deal. 3 days later, with a warrant out for my arrest, they were banging on my door to drag me off to jail!!! At that time, he advised me to hide in the closet and not answer the door- blatently breaking the law! I paid the price for his advice, and dearly.
He was rude to me. Rude to my probation officer. Rude to the prosecuting attorney. My probation officer went so far as to say to me, "Your attorney is an ass!" Mr. Citron's not supposed to tick off everyone that he has to work with the cut a deal. He ran me through a mirage of pre-trial counselling for 18 months, assuring that would suffice to meet the court requirements, and then NONE of it counted and I got the full harshness of the law laid on me.
BAD. BAD. BAD. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I recently used Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis for a second DUI charge and the experience was like night/day! Bubba Head is the #1 DUI attorney in the State of Georgia and I know why. His entire staff is top-notch, professional and prompt. Phone calls were returned within 1 hour. Emails were responded to within minutes. AND my attorney was available and accessible for questions/concerns through the entire process, which lasted months.
If you are going to spend the big bucks it costs to hire Citron, save your money and hire Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis. Their amazing results and reputation speak for themselves. I couldn't have been happier with Bubba Head and his staff representing me!

This attorney is as worse as they can get. Wants to get paid and wants you do half/most of the leg work for him. He is very rude and unprofessional. Does not provide avenue for good communication about your case- fails to inform you promptly of important milestones in your case. Explains and talks to clients in condescending fashion. Uses profanity if client challenges or disagrees with any suggestions or better yet owes him. I have never written anything about any attorney/professional ( as I never felt the need to till now), but this is one I know I have to- after the rude, condescending, and unprofessional manner he tried to put up with me, and my wife. Please beware- he may be cheap/reasonable to hire for your circumstance( whatever it is ) but do your diligent research as there are so many better lawyers you could find and deserve.

I had read the above review before, and was little apprehensive about contacting the firm for my lemon car. My initial hearing with the Washington State Attorney General was dismissed, and I decided to give it one more try through an attorney. I initially contacted the firm in early February 2013. They responded in three days requesting for documents necessary to review the case. Once I sent them the documents, they responded within a week to let me know that they will take the case. by mid-March, they let me know that they are working with the car company. Yesterday (4/16/13), I went out to my local dealership for them to buyback my car. They paid for the remaining balance of my loan, and paid me the difference in check.
Throughout the whole process, Mr Simanovsky directly communicated with me through either by phone or e-mail to let me know what was going on, which I found to be very pleasantly surprising. This was the kind of service that you always hope for, but not normally expected to receive. After we lost the initially judgment, I did not think I had much of a case. I still can't believe the matter was resolved in our favor.
The previous review stated that this firm is a scam. I'm not sure how it could be a scam when they don't even charge you anything. If they win the case with the car company, the company is the one that pays the firm. I did not pay anything for the service.
Once again, I was little apprehensive at first, but I had nothing to lose by contacting him.
