At first I was apprehensive to hire any lawyer for my Lemon Law case. I was mostly apprehensive because I have never been involved in any legal issue that involved me having to hire a Lawyer. Alex was extremely patient with me and even picked up my case after deciding to file suit over several months. He even gave me free advice prior to being hired for the case. Alex was extremely professional and was always available for my questions throughout the process. I would recommend Alex to anyone needed legal help or advice in a possible Lemon Law case.

Dealer could not fix my safety issue and would not replace the car after trying for 1 year. I contacted Alex and he made a fair settlement deal in two months.

We had been dealing directly with the car dealership regarding a lemon law situation. The dealer was willing to work with us, but wasn't getting approval from the manufacturer, so we decided to get legal assistance and found Alex Simanovsky. It still took a while to resolve due to the law requirements for inspections, but he stayed on top of the situation and always followed up with us in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend him to anyone needing lemon law legal services. He is great to work with and gets the job done!

Their services is pathetic. All their staff that I have talked with lied again and again. They told you they would call you back today or tomorrow, then no response at all! If you do not call them, they were disappeared. After you first consult your case with them, they would have follow up emails to let you provide your documents. But after you give them all the documents and want to set up your case, you are totally forgot. I was told that even 20 days past, attorney still did not get time to review my case! Unbelievable! Be Caution!

My case isn't Finished yet but Alex has been great From the first point of contact to telling me they won my case on my 2015 Truck, Just waiting on the final paper work to finish up and ill be driving a brand new truck. Thanks Alex for the lemon Law help!

While going through a very bad divorce , (not that there are any good ones.) I was accused of a heinous act. Jeremy knowing how much of a lie the accusation was offered his service to me FREE of charge ! He is a good man as well as a good lawyer. It's amazing to me that people with multiple D.U I.'s want to hate on him. Here is some advice for those people "LOOK IN THE MIRROR " . Don't let a substance own you ! Break free !! I recommend "No Longer bound" in Cumming Ga. ... Another small piece of advice my Mom always said ! Nothing good ever happens after midnight ! Stay HOME !!!!!

Gave them my case and that was 6 month ago cant get in touch with them or get them to call me back it was a simple lemon law case told me Chrysler denied my case and would move forwarded with my case well that was 6 month ago are they still in business ????
