DAVID IS HONEST, DETERMINED, PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! He walked in the court room and owned it he will fight for your freedom till the end no questions about it , Most of all I like his honesty he will let you know straight up what he can do for you, I hired David to fight for me against the state of Dooly County Georgia one of the worst places to get in trouble on the south, to prove that I’m not guilty for what they were accusing off, I LIVE IN GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN and I was looking at 2 years in prison in Georgia for 1). possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, 2).Possession of tools and 3)possession of paraphernalia 4).Speeding , The case was open for three years and through them 3 years David never failed to keep in contact with me and keep me and the court updated of court dates and such, during the 3 years Georgia made a mistake and set a nation wide warrant on me and I ended up getting arrested in my state (MICHIGAN) and being held for Georgia, David worked his magic in a matter of days and was able to get the hold lifted and make fix whatever issue that was going on, he was alert and always very professional. During those 3 years I flew down to Georgia about 6 times to go to court and each time David was there to fight for me and have my back at all times, The first offer the prosecutor offered was 150 days in Boot Camp but he knew I was not guilty! So we did not take that offer , next Time around we came back to court and the prosecutor raised my offer up 300% from 150 days to 2 years in prison serve every day, David never once Lost hope and he gave me 3 different options but I as a human being have the right to have the reasonable doubt and Knowing that I was not guilty , so I decided to take my case to trial, I was scared for my life and for my children, I have never been in trouble with the law or drugs at that, so looking at my life being in the hands of 12 people “jury” Was the most insane/disturbing feeling I have ever experienced in my life, I was skeptical at first, The prosecutor was really good at his job he did everything in his power to convict me But David Stood up and did not let anyone bully him in the court room, he is amazing , he knows his laws and he won’t miss a beat, he is alert and he is ready to fight for you and through all of this , He always told me chin up never lose hope , WE GOT THIS and it was his confidence that gave me confidence!, WE BEAT TRIAL IN THE WORST PLACE IN GEORGIA ! DAVID IS AMAZING AND LIKE I SAID WELL WORTH YOUR MONEY , YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IS BECAUSE OF HIM AND I AM FREE AND AT HOME ENJOYING MY LIFE WITH MY CHILDREN AND I AM MORE THEN THANKFUL FOR HIM!

I hired David to represent my teenage son on a misdemeanor theft charge. I met David on the day of my son’s court appearance to do a plea. David is extremely experienced, competent and straightforward.
