Extremely disappointed in the quality of service from Alex himself. He was handling a lemon law case in reference to my own 2023 Discovery Landrover. Apparently Landrover came to a settlement amount but I was still having issues. Alex requested I take my vehicle back in to have yet another assessment done . Once it was completed all documentation was sent to him. Months later I haven’t heard anything back from him after many phone call and unresponsive response to my voicemail. I see now he has two stars I do not recommend him as an attorney for any case. I have reached out to consumer affairs.

Hired him for our brand new 2022 rogue that we bought off showroom floor. We’ve had nothing but trouble with it. He didn’t get us what we wanted, but got us some. Thank you!

After three months of lemon law case for my brand new VW ID4, he is pushing me to agree a settlement or he wouldn’t be able to work on the case. You might need to consider other options. If there is a zero star I would’ve done it.

My story sounds similar to another review I just read the only good thing about this firm was the initial phone call and the paralegal by the name Bill! I sent all the information I had concerning the motor failure on my 2023 Toyota Tundra which there are over 100,000 recalls on the same issue with 2022/2023 models and was excited to hear back from Alex because Bill felt as if there was a case. But, this was short lived by my first and only generic email sent by Alex or perhaps he didn't even have the decency to send an email and had someone else from the firm do his dirty work... The only thing in the email about my case was that the firm was not going to represent me in this matter. There was no explanation why the firm decided to not take me on as a client, no leads for another firm that might be willing to help, just a complete waste of time and energy is what it amounted too! Oh, I guess there was something good in this poor excuse of a response and that was if I ever needed their assistance in the future for other matters to please contact them as they would be willing to help and if not that they would appreciate me referring anyone I might know that was in need of representation... Other than writing this review I wouldn't contact this joke of a firm for any reason even if the guy was the last lawyer on earth! And to have the audacity to think I would send someone his way... Are you kidding me??? I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! I'm sure none of this matters and will fall on deaf ears as far as this firm is concerned but hopefully it spares people any effort and energy to think this place would actually help a person in a rock and hard place situation! Thanks but no thanks!

The SCHNIPPER group was exceptional! I contacted Mr. David SCHNIPPER’s office and explained my situation. He listened carefully without any interruptions. There was no hesitation in regards of how he could assist me. He asked pertinent questions before stating what steps he would take to get the issue taken care of. Alex and his team were fantastic. The team fully explained expectations from the start and then kept me up-to-date. Process from start to settlement agreement was approximately 6 or 7 months. They responded to my emails each time answering my questions, or to confirm they had received documents I forwarded to them, so I was ensured they had what they required from me.
