This guy David is one of the best lawyer I’ve heard of I’m so glad he was on my side and helped throw a long almost 2 year case I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if you have any questions or concerns David is always there to make sure you are caught up and most important full understand what’s going on he does his best and does everything in his power to get you the best possible outcome. Mr. Swarovski represented us with our ford explorer after our brakes went out 3 different times after purchase. We had hoped to file lemon law, but was told we did not meet the requirements. He helped us to reach a fair settlement in a timely manner. While not the result we had hoped for, he worked hard to help us get a fair deal. It was difficult to get him on the phone, but he did respond in a timely manner to most of emails.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use these guys! No communication at all. Sent Documents in and never heard anything back at all. STAY AWAY.

I can't say enough good things about David Schnipper. He was incredibly helpful in supporting our daughter after she received a speeding ticket in a small town in Georgia. We live in Florida and needed help in trying to remove points off her license to mitigate any potential higher insurance costs that would inevitably happen to a teenage driver. Not only was David extremely attentive thru the process but he was able to negotiate having the points removed off her license while reducing the expense of the ticket. While I hope my daughter has learned her lesson and will drive the speed limit in the future not needing legal help again... but for her or anyone that has a similar unfortunate experience, make sure to call David. He's awesome!
