WARNING!!!!!!DON’T USE THIS FIRM!!!!!!YOU WILL GET NO WHERE!!!!!!

Rachel Berlin Benjamin somehow managed to take all the difficulty out of handling the most stressful experience of my life. Not only was she diligent, wildly intelligent, and thorough in handling the situation, but she was also personally incredible. I never wondered what was going on or when I’d get an update, I never had to wait on a response to my emails or worry about asking stupid questions, or feel like I was even remotely judged. She was patient and kind well beyond what would be expected of such a hard-hitting lawyer. I genuinely can’t believe how good of an idea it was to go with this firm as representation.

Rachel and her staff took the time to review my case and answered all my questions. The thing I liked best is they didn't rush me and ensured that everything was covered. I would definitely seek their guidance again if needed!

Do not use this law firm! Very unprofessional. Sherley Joseph-Roper a lawyer at the firm. Has yet to write my cease and desist letter. The requested information was sent in on 1/9/24. It was suppose to be completed in 3 business days. This is very unprofessional and this is not the first time this law firm has dropped the ball. I will be discontinuing my services and will go to another competitor. Improve your professionalism and customer service.

Decided to leave another review. Did one a few days ago on how this law firm treated my landlord/tenant case, but when they reached out. I decided to delete it. But now after I've tried to make contact with the new lawyer I've been given for the past two days and he has not responded. I decided to leave another one. I would not use this law firm because not only they decide not to help me the first time out. Even though they reached out to me a second time around because I left a negative review, they are dodging my phone calls and not responding to me. I'm not going to waste any more time with this law firm. I wouldn't recommend using legal shield neither. Im going elsewhere cause I'm positive that any other law firm would be more than willing to assist me.

My experience with Beal Sutherland Berlin and Brown was excellent. I dealt primarily with Rachel Benjamin and recommend her highly. She saw the bigger picture and she was willing to push limits with the other party and with me when needed. Her experience was evident and she also brought in a partner to the arbitration session to show committment to the case. She was readily available for any questions I had throughout the process, provided good coaching and ultimately achieved a good result in the end. I would hire her and this firm again.
