Bob leonard with traffic violations is great, but esra radai ..my so called attorney never responded to a time sensitive leasing issue and when u request someone else they tell you they cant promise someone will contact u. I simply needed a document reviewed when i said i was displeased and didnt see the pt of paying if they werentvavailable more efficiently they gladly told me I was welcome to end my membership so I did. I dont even think this is a real lawfirm . It seems like a scam orchestrated to just take people's money and provide generalized docs to shut ppl up. and damon wells whom they claim is the manager of the company has notbresponded. I dont see him on any newsletters so i doubt he is even real. Definitely reporting to better business bureau

Always kept me updated on the status of my case and on any settlement options available. Very professional but also friendly & easy to talk to. Just sign up with law firm and tried to over 5 numbers that web site and legal shield gives you and now all numbers are disconnected how does this work for a law firm been in business since 1974 gonna cancel my plan with legal shield soon as possible not a good experience for a new client and now I’m second guessing the whole ordeal and paying a monthly fee and not even getting the service I need smh not a phone number to call this firm
