I felt so alone and helpless . My uncle and friends suggested I speak to an attorney,but no one here in my city would assist. I was about to give up and I'm glad I didn't, when I heard the words I can help you and the fact Rachel actually listened it was a big weight off my shoulders. Not everyone understands how small I felt, how helpless I felt , & how humiliating,a situation like mine was unless they've been through it . So to have someone on my side,helping me meant a lot.Rachel was honest never giving false hope. She explained things in detail,and addressed concerns. Thank you thank you thank you. Everything is almost completely over. If anyone is reading this know you're in good hands and she really actually cares.

I have dealt with Deming Parker for 23 years and until now, my service has been superior. However, this year I have waited 5 weeks for Attorney Phelps to write a letter on my behalf, I called on a Wednesday for an attorney call back and it is Tuesday and I STILL have not spoken to an attorney about my matter!!!! The young man on the phone was rude and condescending and not one person has said "I am sorry you are having these issues" or even acted like this was unacceptable, which apparently this is the standard of their service these days! Someone at Deming Parker needs to get their head out of the sand and fix these problems NOW!!!

Attorney Brian Sutherland is definitely top tier, 10's across the board. He kept me informed, and was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for your legal needs.

This law firm is the worst. Michael Peterson acts like he is interested when you are about to give him your credit card number on top of your legal shield. Then as soon as you pay he treats you like you the bad person. When you request a refund, he keeps charging you even though he filed papers saying he is no longer you attorney. This law firm made me cancel my Legal Sheld. They owe me $1000 but even though they have not been my attorney for 2 months they keep sending me invoices for the work. I am down to $200 now. I wonder if I will even see that or will they send me another bill. This place is a joke, bottom feeder attorneys.

If you are seeking legal help DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was seeking immediate help with my case and was referred to Keith Carnesale. I have yet to get in contact with this person and have missed my deadline for my legal matter so please if you are in need of legal help within a certain time seek other representation. The one star is only because that’s the only option

0 Star if possible. Recommended through LegalShield. This has taken close to a month for a simple document review. Attorneys do not keep appointment times; receptionists are rude and not helpful. They have systems issues saying they have not received documents. Will not recommend or use again and will ask LegalShield to severe relationship.

I definitely should have looked at these reviews before signing back up with Legal Shield but you really get what you pay for and I mean $30 a month for a lawyer. lol yea that’s about how they operate,no call backs lack in timing Esra DOES NOT CALL BACK AT ALL, no team effort to do the best they can for you, it’s more like they are on the opposite side instead of for the client. I’m in the middle of transition pregnant with two small children my AC went out in the home I was renting from. It has taking Esra A MONTH just to send out a letter and then she gave the landlord 10 days to respond !!!! Why would you give the landlord all that time to build a case during this time period im struggling to find places for us to sleep, I called Kevin since he’s the only one responding to all the reviews but of course NO ANSWER! I don’t know what to do at this point but pray hope and have faith because ppl don’t care. They sleep like babies once they clock out while we sit hear wishing to sleep at all! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Legal shield gives you EXACTLY what you pay for you pay little to nothing and you get little to nothing!

I have had Legal Shield, with Deming Parker as the Georgia provider, for several years. I find their intake professionals to be courteous and thorough, and I am always contacted by an attorney promptly, sometimes in less than an hour. Over the years, they have helped me, and my family, in reviewing contracts, employment agreements, and other important matters. On occasion, I needed to engage an attorney at a generous discount, when circumstances were beyond Legal Shield no-charge benefits. Those worked out well. But this time, I must say I was VERY impressed and WELL-pleased. Without revealing too many details, let's just say I had a very complicated traffic case. My call back was from Kevin Almeroth. He introduced himself as one of the Principals of the firm, and said he took my case so he could explain that I might need to retain an attorney for a discounted fee. But, instead, he took a personal interst in my case, and explored all the possibilities to mitigate the possible impact, which had the potential to be most unsavory. He spent a great deal of time trying to reach the prosecutor in the remote rural Georgia county where the arraignment was to be held. He was very clear about how much this might cost me, including legal fees, so I could prepare for the worst. Because the prosecutor covered several counties, and was on vacation part of the time, he was very difficult to reach. But, the day before the arraignment, he finally reached him, and negotiated a much better arrangement than I thought possible. When I asked Mr. Almeroth how much I owed in legal fees, he said, "Nothing." I don't mean he didn't say anything...I mean my fee was zero dollars! I was thinking it was going to be somewhere between $1,500 and $2,000, based on the time he had spent, and our previous discussions. When went to the packed courthouse, I was in and out of there in less than fifteen minutes. Becasue of the expert negotiating skills and sage advice of Mr. Almeroth, and the kind cooperation of the prosecutor, my plea resulted in a $608 fine, and zero points on my license. Yes, it was painful, and I deserved it. But here is the value of my attorney's skill, knowledge, and care for me as a client: As I was paying my fine, I was listening to the very next case. it was identical to mine. Same charges, same gravity. This person apparently had no representation. He plead guilty, and was hit with a total fine of $1,416, and received 10 points on his license. So, Legal Shield, and Mr. Almeroth in particular, saved me $808 and 10 points on my license! Alexis in Mr. Almeroth's office was always very courteous and helpful. She always put me straight through to Mr. Almeroth without delay. She is very reassuring and clearly cared about my case and me as a person. And I was pleasantly surprised and am very appreciative that Mr. Almeroth was able to negotiate for me such that he didn't even have to accompany me and incur travel time charges, as well as legal fees. I realize he spent a lot of time on my case, so I am especially grateful that he found it in his heart and made it work within Legal Shield parameters such that he didn't charge me at all. He saved me at least another $1,500. Maybe $2,000! I highly recommend Legal Shield, Deming Parker. and Kevin Almeroth! My wife and I have been putting off getting our wills done. Not anymore! My confidence in the services of Legal Shield and Deming Parker has motivated me.
