This law firm was assigned to me through Legal Shield. When the attorney called to discuss my case she flat out told me I didn’t have one. Then proceeded to tell me in the most cocky manner she’s been a lawyer “a very long time” and she’s never heard of Kemp’s HB 383 (Safer Hospital’s Act) when I referenced it. She must be a terrible lawyer because it passed house and senate over a year ago. Imagine having a lawyer represent you that doesn’t know the laws. Thank god I didn’t hire them out of pocket because this law firm is a joke. Read their responses to other one-star reviews and that will tell you everything you need to know about the type of people you’re going to deal with.

A few years ago Mr. Deming helped me with several problematic legal issues that were ongoing. He, with one of his associates, took care of things quickly and in a way where I was only minimally involved. They made it smooth and simple and I received a very fair payout. And because they helped with perseverance, I had them handle an estate issue which they also quickly resolved. Thanks!
