James Tucker, was really courteus and gave ME the right direction and he lowered my speeding ticket to no points and nothing will go on record. I highly recommend James for his amazing skills and true advice goes a long way as he negotiated a pleasure deal with the courts and thanks to James I will not get any points showing on my record. This law firm should not be retained. They have repeatedly failed to conduct thorough due diligence, once again contacting us regarding a vehicle repair matter. Our business is in vehicle sales, not repairs, and we have no affiliation with the individual whose personal information they have mistakenly included in their email to our general address. Although we share a property with the repair shop they intend to reach, the shop's name is clearly indicated on the invoice signed by their customer. This marks the third instance of such errors, each involving dubious claims from customers seeking complimentary repairs. We urge the firm to rectify this pattern of miscommunication and inaccuracies.

Communication hiccups at the start, but effective.

Pretty much what all the bad reviews have said, I’ve experienced myself with this firm. Legal Shield needs to get rid of this firm. I’ve asked them to. There hasn’t been ONE good experience with the GA Legal Shield. Their response time is horrendous. One is supposed to be able to chat with SOMEONE from the firm on the app. I’ve NEVER gotten a response on the app with ANY questions. The response time is VERY slow/lacking. I’ve complained about them to Legal Shield multiple times, but nothing. Recently needed help and I get a call (days later) from a guy who sounded like a thug from the streets of NYC. 🤦‍♂️ I give up. Canceling my Legal Shield membership. “You get what you pay for”certainly fits in my experience with this firm.

I worked with Attorney Rachel Berlin Benjamin and it was a GREAT experience! She was professional, kind , informed and advocated for me from day one. She was honest about my case value , and gave me realistic expectations. She certainly was stern, aggressive, and precise when fighting for me, and this really helped grow my trust while working through my case. Rachel also literally responded to ALL of my outreach, and questions via email within the same day for 8 months straight . I was always surprised with how quickly she returned my calls and emails. Milinda and her team were so caring with my situation. Dealing with Employer-Employee situations cannot be easy. I know mine was not. These cases do not only include facts and laws but rather emotions and feelings as well and without that humanity, I don't think I could have made it through this. So not only their legal expertise was amazing but their human side was just as amazing. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through.

I pay a benefit for Legal Shield through my employer. I guess they pick and choose on which ones to respond back to. At least lead me in the right direction. I used them before for some legal matters and I got response back quickly however, the last legal matter was of an urgent matter. Called twice and never got a lawyer to call me back. I did it myself. Thanks for nothing. Will cancel when open enrollment rolls back around.

I was connected to DP LLP through Legal Shield. This law firm is completely useless. Ebony Ameen did not review my request details and document that I submitted, and just called me to ask how they can help. I had to provide the information again that I had already previously provided. Then she said they can review documents - for anything else I have to retain them and pay them. Completely useless law firm and bad customer service.

For a very long time I faced a horrible situation at work. Someone with a lot of power hurt me and others and I did not know what to do. I didn’t say anything for a long time and ended up leaving a job I worked over 15 years to get. From the moment I spoke with Rachel I knew I could trust her.
