Good day. My younger sister was pulled over by cops around 2:00am the Saturday before Labor Day. The Officers decided to detain my sister. There was a tussle that took place. Law Enforcement had assaulted my sister and my sister began to say out loud for the camera what they were doing to her. Law Enforcement did not like that she was vocalizing their actions towards her. Law Enforcement claimed my sister assaulted them and decided to give my sister 4 misdemeanors and 1 felony. We were devastated. It was Labor Day weekend. We could not find any Lawyers that could help us in such urgency. We came across Kayla Kudratt. Ms. Kayla was honest and transparent from the start. Highly recommended!!! Two people advised us not to hire an attorney for my relative’s first hearing. I was told that because the incident occurred Friday night of a Holiday weekend that my relative was gonna be incarcerated for the next 3 nights. We went against that advice and Attorney Kudratt showed strength and an incredible amount of legal discourse that the judge was smiling and granted every request made by Attorney Kudratt and my relative was processed out of jail within a few hours.
