My case manager antannic have lied to three times about my case. She has been unprofessional and has been targeting me because I am frustrated about my case and the lies. she has deliberately been holding my case in limbo like I said unprofessional can't even get in touch a attorney which is her boss to vent my complaints I am extremely distraught because I am hurt and need help and can't get it. They have runners at the hospital to lure client in and I have proof of this. I had to get my own medical records which my sister who was in the car with me and we have the same lawyer and went to the same hospital she settled two months ago and didn't have to get her medical records like I said targeted. Update: The management team have got involved and are working on my case and have made alot of head way they took the person that was on my case off my case and have made alot of progress getting this matter resolved

The phone number doesn’t work and the mailbox is always full haven’t heard from anyone in over three weeks about my case what a mess.
