This guy would take your money and try to talk you into taking the offers. He would not do anything for you. Better off with a public defender. I would never ever recommend this guy to anybody. Very rude and disrespectful.

It’s literally 930 pm on a Sunday and this man just took his time to speak with me about my case. I just got rid of my Attoney and everything is last minute so I couldn’t afford him. But even after I told him that he looked for other attorneys that he knows are good for me to use. You don’t find that often. If I could afford you sir you’d definitely be my attorney and from here on out you’ll be the only attorney I recommend. Thanks for your time

Mr. Abt and his staff are fantastic. THEY saved my brother's life. He was charged with very serious federal crimes, human trafficking, etc., and Mr. Abt hit a home run. My brother may still do a year or two in prison, but he was going to get a life sentence and Jay Abt stopped that from happening. We can never thank you enough for making our family whole again.

The cops wrongfully accused me of trafficking 20 kilos of heroin, but the drugs were not mine. Mr. Abt forced the prosecutor to dismiss the case against me. I could not be more appreciative for his hard work.

Mr. Abt and his great team of lawyers, paralegals, and staff made sure to do the best job and kept my husband out of prison, and home with me and our kids, where he belongs.

Basically just LIARS.... Paralegal WARE AND J ABT HIMSELF.... Im sure they work together to keep their story straight. $3500 for a VOP ,1st violation, took 5 months to do NOTHING. Hired another attorney at half the cost and got results in less than 2 weeks. Some people are happy taking advantage of others. LIARS!!!! Exactly as I said it took almost 6 months for you to do anything. You will do whatever possible to make yourself look good to "some" people but you know that you did NOTHING for $3500. At the end of the day you all lied and your communication is atrocious....
