I had my personal injury case with them and they kept communicating nicely until I signed the contract then after, my lawyer Cynthia stopped answering my phone and when I contacted the main offices and made a complaint her assistant Craig responded and I was never ever able to reach her again and Craig got me a very bad low settlement and his attitude towards me was so rude.

Third time and probably the best, my lawyer kept me posted with every step from the first call! I’m very satisfied with my settlement and the service received! Thank you all 🙏🏾 ps they gave me a bag with my check 😂❤️‍🔥

I tried working with this firm, to no avail. I reached out to one person, who didn't respond and during that week of ghosting, all I got was a bunch of form-letter text messages asking me the same thing. There clearly was no one on the other side reading them. After I finally did get a response, I sent in the requested documentation in a .zip format. Again, another week with no response. After reaching out several times, I finally got a response and was told they were incapable of unzipping the .zip file. So... I sent all of the required documentation again, unzipped and, after being told I'd hear back within a week, was yet again ghosted after multiple reachouts. Apparently the person I was originally working with had left the company, but that was weeks ago. Bottom line was, after 3-4 weeks of getting the runaround, I was told they didn't feel they could make enough money on the case and were unwilling to take it on. That's a lot of wasted time to hear just to find out they are not interested. I can't speak honestly to whether or not they would do a good job as attorneys, but they really came across a highly unprofessional. Based on the poor response, plethora of excuses, and spam, I definitely don't think I'd want to work with them. The one lady I spoke with at the end was nice and did get back to me the same day with a "no", but that was the only mildly redeeming interaction with them. If it weren't for her, I'd only have given them 1 star.

My experience with monge and associates Has been great. I called them after my accident gave them all the information and from there they took over. It was worrisome free, no stress on me.
