Avoid it like your life depends on it. I was seriously injured when a major hotel chain's ceiling fell on me. Engaging with Monge & Associates was a mistake I will regret for the rest of my life. They assigned attorney Colette Farhat and a case manager named Niesha. Niesha would tell me she would contact the hospital to obtain medical records and that she'd schedule doctor appointments, MRIs, etc., for me, but she would go months without progress or even communicating with me. Out of concern due to the delay, I contacted my attorney directly, but Colette refused to speak with me for over 30 days. Then I recently received a letter stating they dropped me as a client after claiming the hotel corporate office declined to send Monge & Associates their Insurance contact info. At a regular law firm, that would cause them to file suit. Sounds crazy, but it's true, so avoid them at all costs and save yourself the loss. Someone from an Office in Alabama recently contacted me and said he'd review Colette Farhat's file to ensure the case was handled properly. I'm hoping they reassign my case to another attorney. If so, I will delete this review. If I don't hear back from them soon, I will contact the Georgia Bar Association and the State to file an official complaint about her conduct. Then, I will be forced to seek new representation before the statute of limitations ends, and I'll be out thousands of dollars in medical bills.

I have so much to say about my lawyer & just Monge & associates itself . Monge & associates has the best attorney name James Berrigan. My case was handle so professionally. I never had to worry about questioning anything when it came to my case. He never left anything out & if i didn’t know anything he would help me by explaining things where i can understand clearly . It was so much love poured into my case . I felt my attorney cared what i was going through & he fought very hard for me to win . I will recommend anyone to go to him. If you want it done right just have patience because he will do his job & get it DONE . I am very satisfied!! I give him 777 stars ✨.

I liked when you explained to me what insurance is and what it delivers and how it works.

No one expects to be in a car accident, but it happened to me and I was glad that I had Monge and Associates on my side during this time.
