My experience was great! Kathryn Sherry was very punctual and available anytime I called. She was always on top of things. Also kept me calm with assurance throughout the process. They outsource the case. Their is no rules sets or coordination with in their firm. After agreeing to a legal fee percentage and taking all the details, a week after they forwarded the case to other firm to outsource, they have increased the fee percentage. Waste of time
