My experience with them was awesome. Miss Jennifer helped me so much with my car accident case. In a quickly manner too. She kept in contact with me throughout the whole thing and was always there to answer my questions. She is such a sweet lady to have as a case manager!

Mr. Vince De la Cruz handled my case with care..After two lawyers before, he jumped straight to work and was very consistent. He also kept me updated on the status on my case..He did everything in his power to make sure I had an good amount and issued in a timely manner. I'm very thankful of his hardwork and open line communication. He was a pleasure to have, and I would definitely recommend him.to handle.other cases to someone who may need assistance. I had a slip & fall accident and injured my knee. I never filed a lawsuit before, the whole process was new to me. I just want to thank Amy Whitelaw for being so patient and thorough with me. It was definitely a process, but it pays to remain patient and DO NOT accept any low ball offers from the insurance company! I ended up with a nice settlement and got back more than what I expected, just in time for the holidays. Thank you for everything!

The lawyer that was assigned to my case is lacking any integrity. After 5 months of this awful lawyer and his joke of an assistant had done nothing. Getting phone call was impossible. He doesn’t like talking to clients. His assistant had an accent so strong it was hard to understand her. I have on many occasions called to get no response or return calls. Philip Levesque Also has a child like response when confronted with that fact. His last very unprofessional email to me was and I quote “yes I did” Not once did I say he didn’t call me I merely said weird because I have zero missed calls and no new voicemails. I’m so sick and tired how no one is ever held accountable for bad work bad ethics. Nobody should ever hire this firm in my opinion. Shortly after letting them go because I had not heard from them since September and the guy pretending to have called me. He had his assistant reach out I ask why she was messaging me. She said Philip instructed her to on Monday morning. There are no standards for him . UPDATE; After making is review so.eone called and wanted to "apologize for the awful service" said we will send you a gift basket as "our" eay of saying sorry. Never sent a thing except for a letter resolving our agreement. So if you hire them and feel some sort of obligation to keep them even if they are doing an awful job. Just know you and change lawyers/ law firms anytime without having to pay anyone for changing. I don't regret making this choice.
