Don't waste your time. My husband was parked at work and an 18wheeler backed into him. I saw them on television and decided to give them a call. Worse choice I've ever made. I had Ashley for a while she was hard to get in contact with. After a while I ended up with Marissa here it Is 12/13 and received a letter of release stating they can't help because of minimal damages and and pending bankruptcy that I have not my husband and that has nothing to do with his injuries. They granted full liability but denied coverage and claims they didn't dispatch that truck out?! They even sent me some else's case information in the mail with very sensitive personal identity information by accident. I believe this is all a scam and I truly believe they aren't working in good faith and the were possibly paid by their insurance company to prolong this situation and make it hard for me to be compensated.

My Attorney Ms Rachel Bukel was so great to work with she keep me posted on everything before she took over I was about to change my Attorney because of the run around and mis communication she a keeper 😄

Stay clear of this firm, after how i was treated last week!!! EDIT: UPDATE, i am here by releasing my attorney from duty. If you need a piece of paper signed, I'll forward it to you. I'm reducing my five stars, to 1, i'd give zero but google requires at least 1. After last week, I do NOT appreciate the way i was talked to yesterday. client attorney relationship is officially finished. Thank you!!! I emailed to release y'all yesterday, and no response. Per our conversation yesterday, I felt that i was belittled on the phone and nothing is getting done. I understand due process has to happen, but the way our conversation went yesterday, I felt very belittled and very frustrated back to square one. thank you very much. Good luck with future clients. I stand my ground on the 1 star being reduced from 5 stars. You ask for reviews, before clients are finished with their cases. Not cool. I should have listened to that 1 bad review. It was uncalled for how Tia, treated me!!! I also reported you to the BBB, release my case immediately!!!

Ms Racheal Buckle is awesome. She was comfortable to talk too and we even had some chuckles when we wasn't business. Racheal and her team are responsive, knowledgeable and willing to get you the help you deserve!!!

Most cheaters on earth. Stay away from this law firm. They settled my case without my knowledge. They filed claim against my own policy without disclosing me their fees. They do false advertisement claimin that they will get you big settlement. They dont care how much you get. My medical bills are more than they are settling it for. Be careful when you sign any contract with them. I will be filing a complaint with State Bar of Georgia for deception. I did not get anything for pain and suffering. They rush to settle and claim their fees without doing any legal work. I am not happy at all. V. Patel

I was highly grateful for Shereka. She was very informative and she keep my family and I informed when she found out things about our case. She fought until she got us a fair settlement and is still working with my mother on our case!! Very thankful for her!!
