My case was complex and the authorities had arbitrarily denied my green card application along with those of my family members’. Also multiple attempts to have it reopened, had also been denied. It is at that time that I approached Kuck-Baxter and Ms. Danielle Claffey took on our case. She brought to bear her tremendous experience and expertise. Thanks to her diligence, expertise and focus, our Green Cards were finally approved. We can now realize the dreams and goals we came to America with. I made an appointment never received a confirmation call or message and they canceled my appointment without out me knowing, I called to verify the time and that’s how I found out
