Kuck Baxter LLC has been a huge blessing for this family. 10 years ago mother and son came to the USA legally married to an American. 5 years ago, mother received a warning of imminent deportation. Kuck and Baxter were rated #1, so we asked them to help. They obtained mother's green card and prevented her deportation. Her son began school in the USA in kindergarten. He is now entering his sophomore year of high school. He needed a green card and Social Security card in order to work, drive and plan for college. Without these documents, he faced mandatory military service in a country where he could not speak the language. This led to extreme stress for mother and son. Jessica Colotl was very patient and communicated effectively with several family members. She, and the Kuck Baxter team, helped overcome certain obstacles in obtaining these documents. This has opened doors for a bright future for this family. Mother's health has improved. Son has obtained a driving permit, and started applying for jobs. We are very grateful for Kuck Baxter!

The permanent residency and citizenship journey is one that is a long one and can be complicated. I am so thankful to the staff at Kuck Baxter (particularly our attorney, Jorge Gavilianes, and our paralegal, Jessica Colotl) who assisted us in every step of the process.
