I would love to give them 10 ⭐️ my whole process with a deportation order was about 8 months I’m finally a green card holder after 23+years 🥹thanks to Emely my lawyer and her assistant for always answering my questions forever grateful 🥲

Where do we begin? When we first met our attorney, Danielle Claffey, (whom we at that time didn’t know she was definitely a God sent,) we were at the breaking point with immigration and the previous lawyers from different law firms. 2 In Michigan and 1 in Atlanta. We had run out of options. When conversing with attorney Danielle Claffey, we noticed she was very tentative to our situation with immigration and the previous lawyers. What caught our attention was the fact that attorney Claffey was very honest about how difficult my situation with immigration was, and that all she promised us was that she’d do everything in her power to help us resolve the issue. My issue was that back in November 2013, while handing my passport to immigration in Michigan, I was told that I was Under the Order of Removal, and none of my previous lawyers could find out why. It went on for 5 years, until we met with attorney Danielle Claffey at Kuck/Baxter Immigration Law Firm in March, 2018 and she was able to get an answer within months after our first appointment. During the period of March 2018 until present (November, 2023) she was able to have my case re-open and dismissed. Helped with applying for work permit and Green card and as of November 8, 2023 I am a Green Card holder. The most beautiful feeling in the world and all because of God working through our wonderful, caring, patient lawyer who worked tirelessly to get us to the finished line. My husband and I highly recommend Kuck/Baxter Immigration Law Firm, especially attorney Danielle Claffey, who by the way, specializes in Deportation Cases. In November of 2013, I was under the Order of Removal, and I am here to say that as of November of 2023, exactly 10 years later, I am a proud Green Card Holder. All because of God and our amazing attorney, Danielle. If we could give this Law Firm 10+++Stars, we would because they are very deserving of it. This firm is so call one of the best in ATL but totally suck! Mr. Kuck is so disrespectful and don’t know how to threat costumers. They’ll steal your money and wont move a finger to help you out. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM!

The office staff was rude. I would not recommend this office.
