I worked with Kuck Baxter Immigration for my residency case. My husband and I got married 4 years ago and we had our appointment in Ciudad Juarez February of 2022. It was such a stressful experience traveling to mexico with a new born but Dani H my paralegal was Godsent . She was always great on answering my questions in a timely matter as well as calming my nerves down. She is amazing and I hope everybody that has a similar case like mine (DACA to Resident) has her as support. I would recommend this firm to anybody!

They are the best immigration law firm. They are very professional and are relentless to get you a desired outcome, I would highly recommend them. Danielle Claffey is very diligent and dedicated and will work hard even when the circumstances make the case difficult. Had a case back in 2020 to obtain my residency. The process took about 11 months & the majority was just waiting on the interview with Immigration. Jessica Colotl was my paralegal and she was very quick, attentive & available always to answer all my questions. By far, her communication skills were excellent. Needless to say, I became a resident on April of 2021. Thank you all for helping me through this process.

We had a great experience working with Mrs. Danielle Claffey from Kuck Baxter Immigration firm. She was amazing from the fist call and quickly understood our case, explained each and every important step. By the end of first call we knew we were in good hands. She was very professional, honest and clear in answering all our questions and concerns. She was always reachable and quick to respond to our emails. We had our UCSCIS interview in Miami, Florida and she made extra efforts to secure a good representative to accompany us to the interview. Ms. Jessica Colotl was our paralegal. She did an excellent job in explaining all the detailed process and importance of having the right documentation. She always kept us updated on the progress and was very quick in responding to our queries via email or call. The documentation was so perfect that we didn't received a single RFE. Thanks to Mrs. Claffey and her team's (Ms. Jessica Colotl, Ms. Teresa Arriaga, Mr. David Schwieger and everyone else who helped with our case) efforts we received the green card in two months. I would definitely recommend her and will work with her again for any immigration needs.

I am one of the participant in DV2021 lawsuit by Charles Kuck, Aaron Hall, Greg Siskind (Immpact Litigation team). I highly recommend them. They are honest telling you the good and the bad as lawsuit goes. Whenever there were updates, they were quick to communicate via livestream & email. Even though this is a group lawsuit, they replied your email just like a personal attorney. The best part is how brilliant Charles Kuck argue during court hearing, he is crazy smart! To the best my knowledge, Immpact team was the first who uses Summary Judgement strategy which worked great and now everyone follows this method. A lawsuit is no guarantee of a perfect ending, but Immpact team is proven to give the best possible outcome.
