A close friend referred us to Kuck / Baxter. We are so thankful we decided to use their service. Our paralegal was/is Alejandro Roig or Alex. I want to thank Alex for being so attentive to our case and for being so patient with us during this long process. There were times we had lost hope that our case would not end in a positive way. It was hard to choose a law firm to help with my case. There was a lot of doubt in me, as a lot of the firms are just in the business of scamming the people. I finally came across Kuck and now Kuck and Baxter and still with some doubt, I went all in. As soon as I met Dustin Baxter I was at ease. After that, I met Alejandro Roig or as I call him Alex. He is the most down to earth and real person that you could ever meet! He was with me every step of the way. I can't even start to explain how helpful he has been to me. We were always in touch and if I needed or had doubt on anything, he would respond to me right away, by giving me that assurance that everything will be fine. Having an immigration process can be stressful in many ways, but knowing that a person and a whole firm has your back, has no price. I have referred a few friends and even my parents and will continue to do so.

Although the immigration process can be intimidating, my husband and I are so thankful that we decided to go Kuck Baxter for their services. Throughout the whole process, our paralegal Valeria Maya was there to answer any and all questions that arose and to calm our nerves. She and the rest of the people that were in charge of our case did an exceptional job. We couldn't be more pleased and grateful! Highly recommend!!

This firm is fantastic. We worked with them for our adjustment of status to permanent residency, as well as had Jorge Gavilanes present at our interview. Jorge and his paralegal Andrea were so helpful with all of our questions, as well as very patient when we were confused or anxious. I liked that when you retain their services, you retain the firm rather than just a single lawyer. Our first lawyer took a new job in the middle of our case, and the transition to Jorge was seamless. Jorge was a calming presence in our interview and even caught an important clerical oversight of the officer's. Filing the paperwork and completing the interview was daunting to us with a new baby, and I am so glad we got help. As a side note: this is also a very family friendly firm. We needed a meeting when my toddler and infant were out of daycare, and everyone was welcoming. I felt completely comfortable breastfeeding while we were there, and that went a long way for me. They were worth every penny, and we would hire them all over again.
