I cannot start to describe how amazing this firm was with helping me apply for my green card, extremely knowledgable, and just amazing to work with. When ever I had a question (and I had A TON) they took the time to help me out with everything, they took care of my case as if I was family with them. Also when I mentioned Kuck's name to the immigration officer, they knew he was a really strong lawyer that does not loose any of his case, because of that I felt extremely confident working with them. I ended up getting my green card in record time thanks to them, without any issues. Thank you guys and I would recommend you guys over anyone !

Yesterday I became an American! Yes, I got Naturalization certificate yesterday in the ceremony @ Peoria IL. It's all because of the Great work of Mr. Kuck and his team during my green card processing. I was lucky to hire him where my case was moderately strong but because of inspiring work, I got my green card through EB1a which is still unbelievable. I was just a plant biotechnology postdoc at that time when I got my GC. He also helped my spouse also to immigrate simultaneously. The Naturalization process was very smooth as I was regarded as high priority worker in N400 interview which I applied on my own (as suggested by Mr. Kuck). Thanks, Mr. Kuck and his team again. I wanted to share my views about the Cuck Baxter Immigration Law Firm. In 2014, I came to the U.S as a student. Due to the ongoing political unrest in my home country, I was not able to go back. Using the immigration services of Kuck Baxter Law Firm, I applied for asylum. It was for their hard work and professional knowledge that despite the difficult times for immigrants in the U.S, I got my asylum application approved, my family members were given visa to travel to the U.S, and our application for the permanent residency was approved. Although it is one of the best law firms with very well-known and busy attorneys in the U.S, I was never charged much for their services. It was something very strange to me, given the information I have about other law firms in Atlanta. The attorneys were available and I have always received answers to my communications in a timely manner. Although, sometimes, my questions would have been repetitive and silly. I am really thankful to Mr. Charles Kuck and Ms. Hiba Ghalib who represented me. Also, thanks to Mr. Raymond Portland the hardworking paralegal at Kuck Baxter Immigration Law Firm who was always available to answer to my inquiries.

Not helpful at all. Called no answer or calls back. And if I did reach them said they were helping out and nothing haven't heared from them for more than a month. They said they would call me to let me know information and haven't not even once. Wouldn't recommend.
