Never get a call back

I used Burnside Law Firm to help me after a wreck that caused me a lot of pain and resulted in lots of doctors appointments, surgeries, and getting my car repaired. They helped me every step of the way and helped to get me a settlement in a timely manner. I will continue to use Burnside Law Firm for any future legal needs I may have. Mark was wonderful, professional and stayed on top of my case. Thank y’all so much for helping me get what I needed durning a time that was very rough for me! I would give 10 stars if they allowed!

Very unprofessional while reviewing my medical case. The nurse said she couldn't understand why I was admitted into the hospital after a freak accident. She was basically saying my injury wasn't severe and didn't need the attention it needed. She didn't even bother to ask for any of my Operative notes. She just said she had no idea what she was talking about and as a nurse I find it hard to believe she wouldn't want to look at the paperwork. These people wont help you unless your doctor accidentally cut off the wrong leg. She said I needed to understand that there is a pandemic and just because I couldn't walk after my freak accident didn't mean I should have had to stay at the hospital. That was her exact words. GROSSLY unprofessional. Another Local firm is looking at my case without scrutiny and is not MOCKING my injury and experience.
