Rude Rush me thru what I was trying to explain Really gave me the impression that my situation was not that Important

In take process is welcoming. But It makes u sign a commitment contract, which make it hard for you to find other attorneys, if not satisfied. You are locked in now. You receive no calls or emails after a lawyer is assigned. Any emails sent, a no-reply automatic email will respond, with general info. It's heartbreaking a impersonal. U must call the in-take center back to learn the attorneys name & number..which I was told a "case manager " is the corresponding person between u and the attorney. I have not spoken to either and it's been 3 weeks now. They do not even have preliminary personal paperwork from me to even know details of my experience and to get started on my case. My experience so far is compared to Calling a doctor's office and getting the automated system which doesn't offer a button to press, to speak with a live person. I feel unwanted, unappreciated & not important.

His english was not clear. He repeated questions and asked we spell everything out. Considering I filled all the information out already, it did not make sense. Plus we were transferred to another rep and didn't know why.

She listened to my horror story attentively. I don't think she was the problem, the problem was whichever attorney made the choice about whether they would take my case. As an attorney I would feel obligated to take cases like this just to try and help future children in the system. Instead these evil criminals feel untouchable because attorneys with the knowledge and resources to fight it, would rather not rock the boat. Evil prevails when Good folks stand idly by.

They was no help at all

Deceptive tactics to try to get you to sign a contract, by telling you it’s “just a release to begin investigating”. Releases don’t include fee tables, and PoA’s. Also, set up an appt to review contract for 4 days later, but started to receive phone calls, multiple times a day, even after telling them to remove me from their list, and stop calling. They’re shady. They want over 50% (based on the CONTRACT they sent me). They use deception to prey on vulnerable victims, and then harass you with up to 5 calls a day trying to pressure you into “signing documents” even after you tell them NO. Stick to local lawfirms, it’ll benefit you more in the long run.

Horrible I need a lawyer due to my airbags not deploying in a head on collision and she stated " due to the information you have given me we will not be able to take this case." And when asked why she stated " I can not give out that information."

Awful didn't get no help at all

Awful. Time wasted. Will never seek any legal advice again.
