I'm very upset about Morgan and Morgan they don't take anything that isn't extremely worth their while where they can make a lot of money. They don't do anything with small claims and medical I'm trying to get past this horrible facelift episode which I never got but paid for. The advertised like they'll really help but they don't it was absolutely no help whatsoever. Helping the little people, that's a joke.

Ms.Johnson knows her stuff and looks out for the best interest of all parties involved !!!!

Worst lawyer ever. Three years later from the start of the case and they changed my case manager without telling me and I’ve been waiting for a call back for closing my class since May 25. Their rates are also 7% higher than ANY other lawyer in the area. Steer clear!

Terrible experience. They took my case and then months later dropped my case without telling me. I was Informed by a secretary at one of the doctors they sent me to.

One of the worst experiences ever. I was incloved in a serious car accident back in 2019. We hired M&M they took our case we signed the paperwork and we knew the attorney got 40% if we won. For months they told me I need to see this doctor and see this doctor and this doctor it was all the doctors they recommended. I was seeing doctors every day of the week. I was told from the attorney office that if I didn't see all the doctors on a normal basis then the Insurance company would say my Conditions were not serious enough. I had serious brain injury. Memory loss broken back I was at a dead stop and rear-ended by someone doing 70mph. We won my case in May of 2020 however we never received payment till may of 2021. Even after they told us we would get paid each month and missing Christmas. When we finally got our check (the lawyer settled for 100k) we got 21k. t They took 40k leaving us with 60k I had a hospital bill for 11k. The leaving is with 49k They paid the doctors they wanted us to see out of the settlement. We had actually stopped going to these doctors I go into the room for a 5 min exam and they did NOTHING. Then we found out they never paid the hospital (they took the money out it's even in our paperwork) it's still on my credit report and when we talk to the hospital they say its not paid. I have tried numerous time to talk to John or anyone at his office with no help. Lost my job I still have serious back problems and nothing to show for it. I been to the ER 6 times over my back. They robed us. They lined the pockets of there doctors friends and left us with nothing. I have ALL the paperwork to show this.

The worst law firm ever my experience with Morgan and Morgan was a night mare they get me a life changing amount of money but didn't wanna pay me my money that I was granted by the judge my case was closed signed and all but he would not deposit my money like he said he was time and time again so I took further action and switched law firms and what's so bad is one of his paralegal told me that I did the right thing by switching she said I should of done been paid they are not for the people they lie and try to scam your money

Brad Milkwick is an amazing lawyer! His staff is also amazing (Hi Trish). Brad is very honest about everything and made sure we understood what everything meant. Sad and glad all at the same time but we know without a doubt we've made a friend.
