I used Mr. Heller for my Social Security Disability ALJ hearing, and I quickly got a favorable decision. Heller's team did all the work (e.g., getting medical records together, etc.), and I just had to show up at the hearing. It was pretty painless for me. Heller and his team are professional and courteous.

This is a very talented lawyer. I had him before with good results but this time I was just as innocent as last time and was found guilty. Was not happy and document were not presented and felt I had to do all the work. When it came time for court he was not prepared and it showed. He looked like a guy who was given a school assignment and didnt read any of it. Not good when you are innocent and you are found guilty. His reaction,"The judge didnt see it that way." Unfortunately Jeff, it is the lawyers job to see it that way. I caught 5 months. Make sure he is ready and has all the documents that is needed before you go to your hearings.
