After calling many attorneys Jeff Heller was the only one that acted like he wanted to be on our side. He absolutely is the attorney you want representing you. It seemed as though the others felt we were at fault but not him he stood up for our rights and cleared up all our problems with the right attitude and success. His knowledge of the law together with his willingness to be on our side when everyone else acted like we should go to jail, enable us clear up our problem without any fine or time. I would Trust to do what needs to be done!

I had never ever gotten in trouble with the law, but unfortunate for me i encountered some problems in Canton, Cherokee County. I had no idea of what to do at first, till i did some research online and came in contact with Mr. Jeffery Heller. Mr. Heller provided me nothing less than an expert and professional service. He is the one Lawyer I would recommend to anyone. He is experienced, knowledgeable and knows how to apply the law for any situation. I had requested his service twice and both times he did a good job and got me what i wanted.

I went to Jeff for help with debt relief. At the time I was enroled with a "Debt Settlement" firm that was supposed to help protect me while I worked off the debts. It wasn't working, Over 11 months I paid in almost $4000 and not one creditor had been paid and now they were starting to come after me in the courts. I was worried to death. I found Jeff on the internet and called his office. They made an appointment for me with him THAT DAY and scheduled it for 5:30 pm AFTER I got off work. After meeting him and candidly discussing my situation he assured me he could help. He wasn't certain he could deliver on a Chapter 7, but assured me that if not we could go with a Chapter 13. I found his confidence very reassuring. That night I slept better than I had for months. I started feeling that things were going to be OK. Mr Heller treated me with compassion, respect and exuded the confidence I needed to see to really believe things would get better. Bottom line is we were able to get the Chapter 7 and it was almost painless. I just did what he and his staff instructed me to do and before I knew it, it was over. Based on my experience, you will find Jeff Heller and his staff among the best available and I can highly recommend them. OH, by the way, after withdrawing from the "Debt Settlement" program, they cheerfully refunded $77 of the $3800 I had paid in to my "Account" that was supposed to be used for paying off creditors. When I asked about this I was told that it was used to pay for legal fees and was advised to read my contract! If you are involved with one of these companies,STOP! Don't pay them, Pay Jeff. You will get your money's worth.

We hired Jeff in 2011 and are so thankful we did! We went through a horrible mess with a well known mortgage company and continued for the next 2 years. He/his office was very helpful in us keeping our home. Whenever I would call (which was a lot) I always got the answers and support I/we needed. It was a very stressful situation and I am so thankful that we had Jeff and his team (especially Kerrie) there on our side!! We can now rest at night knowing that we have our home and are on the right track for a wonderful and peaceful future!! I find the two reviews the complete opposite in the experience I had. Jeff was very hard to deal with in the manner I could hardly ever get him on the phone. When I did his answers were very short and he acted as if I was an inconvenience. Their communication to me about my case was nonexistent. I had to constantly run them down for answers. I can understand why the second review is the way it is with Jeff having served in the Marines as well. Maybe to get that kind of service one must serve. This whole experience has been a 100% complete disaster and I hope and pray that if I ever have to get another attorney I will get one that treats people like a real human and not just a payday. I would never recomend Jeff to anyone no matter what the circumstance may be. Jeff says on his billboard "Give em Heller" I did not know that ment for his client. I do plan on reporting him to the board.
