Both Jeff and Kam were extremely helpful throughout the whole process which lasted for me well over a year. I felt well represented and the culmination of the state dropping all charges speaks for itself. I truly hope I'll never need their services again, but if so then I would absolutely put my trust in them again.

In my opinion, everyone at the Heller law firm worked very hard on my criminal and civil cases saving me thousands of dollars and years in jail. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely matter through a very difficult judicial process

Most unprofessional experience I've ever had...Upon receiving a simple traffic citation i contacted Jeff Heller to try have it dismissed & while talking to him in a phone consultation he says that they have a good previous success rate at getting these dismissed or reduced & says his retainer fee is $1500.00 & he'll get started, even while i was thinking that's a steep retainer fee for a fine that might cost a 3rd of that but also include 3 points on my license I pay over the phone in good faith he'llhelp me & the 1st day in court, I was left to have to sit in the courtroom from 9am till 5 pm due to Jeff not being able to arrive promptly for court & no one disclosingto me he would be late or anything... then when he arrives sometime during the day there was still no contact with myself to disclose what or how case was to proceed or if I was even free to leave... I only was able to leave after role call for the whole day and daily court proceedings where over and then asked by the bailiff why I was still there... I answered I had answered role call when my name was called that that morning being told by the judge my attorney wasn't present & for me to sit in court till he arrived and not to leave till my attorney had spoken to me which never happened...well I was then told Jeff had came & gone that I was free to go... still with no word from Jeff how case was to proceed or what options I even might possibly have... 2nd time in court was more of the same with myself still not knowing how case was to proceed and only contact from Jeff's firm was a text message from secretary reminding me to be in court today... while in court waiting for Jeff I find out I now have his assistant or colleague Kameron representing me & he only recommending that I wave right to jury trail which I did assuming that the charge would possibly be handled today with a charge reduction or a plea of some sort only to find I was to comeback to court another day...3rd day in court still no Jeff or Kameron at role call, Jeff shows up around 2nd hour of court with Kameron coming a bit after... Jeff & Kameron have a conversation & Jeff leaves... Kameron sometime later comes over & has a discussion with myself & I find out case charges will get reduced to a simple fine... as minor as everything was in this case it should have been resolved in this manner on 1st appearance... the total lack of communication & what the options where to be was my main problem with this experience not to mention the original charge was very simple minor charge that could have been resolved more promptly... unprofessional experience

I would highly recommend this law firm. Kameron Keene is the most outstanding, professional, very clever attorney who knows what he is doing. He has such compassion for his clients and will go to the extreme to get the best out come in your case. He has helped both myself and my husband for a great win. He went above and beyond in our cases. His staff is amazing, kind and also goes to the maximum to help his clients and keeping them informed. You want a good attorney, hire Kam.

Met with Jeff at the initial meeting in which he explained his services. All information was provided relevant to the case and he proceeded to tell me I have a good case and could likely get a reduction in charges. The retainer fee was paid and that was the last time I spoke with Jeff. He handed the case off to another attorney in the firm, Kameron Keene, without communicating with me. Kam advised of the legal consequences and strongly encouraged a plea deal. Kam was not proactive, as he did not wish to obtain all evidence related to the case citing the need to be in State Court to gain the evidence or information. Kam really did not wish to negotiate or defend my case and instead repeated his role to provide the legal options/consequences, that's all. End result, if Heller and his firm do not have a slam dunk defense on your behalf, do not trust them to defend you! For them, It seems to be more about quantity not quality defense. I give two stars because my administration hearing was handled, but that's all!
