It's been almost a year since receiving my speeding ticket in Cherokee County, and I vividly remember calling around for help, but every attorney in Cherokee County said it would be impossible to get a super speeder reduced. I have been through several law firms since my ex wife's affair in 2015, and the dramatic flood of legal matters that came after. As an entrepreneur who knows excellence when I see it, I can't stand paying people for lip service or procrastination. Unlike past pretenders I have dealt with, I'm proud to say I am finally working with the real deal. There are too many law firms out there that are happy to talk to you and come up with a seemingly bulletproof game-plan, charge you for every minute of the conversation, and then charge you for asking why the heck nothing you discussed (and paid to discuss) has actually been done - months later. When we contacted Mr. Heller we had never had an experience with a lawyer. We were treated with respect . Between Mr. Heller & Carrie our experience was great. We could not have ask for this to go any smoother. Although I pray that we never have to go thru this again, if we do we will not hesitate to call on Mr. Heller. He was straight forth and honest as to what we could expect; and Carrie backed him up 100%. When we called their office our call was returned the same day. I like my attorney Jeff and his team. My case didn't come out exactly where I wanted but everything was 50/50 in life. He did what he could and adviced me the best with the situation I was in. There was time, I had to wait for his respond but I understood I am not the only one he has to take care of. I am so thankful and grateful and praise to God that he represented me.
