I can not say enough about Jennifer Geller and Speights Law Firm!! After finding myself in a nasty custody battle for my youngest daughter (which I NEVER could have imagined EVER being in), I needed to find a lawyer who could stand up to an EX who does NOT play fair! I needed someone with knowledge, energy and who could see through him! Jenn did just that! She took the time to listen to my concerns and show me the different sides of a court battle to prepare me better! Long story short, after calling several attorneys, I felt like Jenn was my girl! She has spunk and is not shy! She responded right away whenever I had questions, even late at night or early in the morning. Sometimes, issues from a custody battle don't just happen from 9am-5pm. She was ALWAYS there, no matter what time, to help me get through this nightmare. She was very forthright and honest, from the beginning, as far as money, time and what to expect from the judge himself. A custody battle has enough surprises. It was nice not having to worry about even more coming from my lawyer (which my EX had to deal with at his Lawyer's office- Lol)! Even though there were several twists and turns, Jenn was there every step of the way. She handled everything as aggressively yet efficiently as possible and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to hire her for this VERY difficult time in my life! Jennifer Gellar, Archie Speights, and Amanda Speights are all outstanding attorneys....top notch without question. I am so thankful to have had them serve as my legal representation in handling what was a long and complicated family law matter. Going thru a divorce is painful in itself, however Jennifer and Carla made it very easy and smooth. Both were very easy to talk to and caring. I give them both a 5 star rating.

Divorce and custody issues are extremely difficult and undesirable, but when it became unavoidable, I was so relieved to have a team at Meriwether & Tharp, LLC represent me and the interests of my children. I settled on this firm partly because I was impressed with just how thoroughly they educate readers through their website, and provide resources online that other firms would charge for. I found that I had made an excellent choice. When my ex-husband was served with the divorce papers, he immediately promised to make the process a "long, drawn out, nasty battle", and he lived up to it. However, Kayla Upchurch and my team were very professional, communicative, supportive and validating the entire time. Taking the "high road" was always my teams response to antagonism and lack of cooperation from the other side, while never diminishing the strength of my representation.
