Archie Speights is the best around, he gave me the best deal on my case. Speights law is there to help you for sure. They treat you like family.

Archie and his team are amazing. I went in to his office full of fear and trepidation. I had never been 'on the other side of the law' and had no idea how to proceed. Archie was like a calming/soothing voice of reason and hope. Not only did he quiet our fears for all those things we didn't know and couldn't control, he gave us confidence that he would be able to handle our case. AND BOY DID HE! He worked tirelessly under impossible odds to help us navigate our situation. He worked during a global pandemic, shelter in place orders, closed courts, closed offices, etc etc etc and he DID NOT STOP until he got an answer. Archie and his team deserve 5 stars no matter the outcome of the case. He is THE GUY to have on your side. When you meet and work with Archie, you are meeting and working with a new friend. When he is on your team....HE IS ON YOUR TEAM. If you find yourself looking for help with a legal matter, call his office, because even when he isn't the best fit, he opens his 'rolodex' and sends you to someone who CAN help. I cannot say enough good things about Archie and his team!

Update! I found out on June the 18th that NO report was ever written! I have not seen my daughter going on 8 months for no reason. I have sent emails to her and to Mr. Speights and NO response! She will take your children and she will only consult with the man. Ananda Speights was on my case in july of 2019. She was removed at the end of the month. When she came to my house, she took my kids in HER VEHICLE to eat! She NEVER ask me if it was ok... What if she had hurt them? Or god forbid in a wreck? I didn't know her.... Then she showed up on a case about my 17 1/2 year old son in Nov 2019( GA LAW STATES A CHILD 14 CAN CHOOSE WHERE THEY WANT TO LIVE) that had nothing to do with her, . She made him go with his dad even though in a court transcript she said she was not on my case anymore. She said the judge (That recused himself for lying) wanted her to "look after the case" . I have not seen my kids in almost 7 months for absolutely no reason. I have cried my eyes out!!! Nothing was presented in court that would make me loose my kids. I also was charged for things I knew nothing about. My family has lost family members and she will not reply. She will reply to my ex husband, but not me, he has more Money, and by the reviews, they like money. Truly sad. She is on the dad's side. My kids suffer. If you have kids and you're a mother... If you want your kids ... Be aware!!!!! SBOG.

My husband was facing 5 years in prison. But Mr Speights got him in front of a judge after only 4 dsys of being incarcerated and got the judge to release him the same day he went to court!!! Mr Speights absolutley saved my family. Even after only having 1 day to familiarize himself with the case. The judge agreed with mr Speights and not probation. Thank you so much!!!

Archie Speights has been great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone! He’s definitely the one to go to in Cherokee County.

Divorce is never an easy process. It changes families and it changes you as a person. I was truly blessed to find this firm. They took my case and were there to support me the entire way. Jennifer, Amanda and Carla are truly amazing and really care about their clients. They go the extra mile for you and it makes all the difference. Archie still hasnt returned our $1600. We asked him for a trial bc we knew the law was on our side. About the 5th time trying to make my son plea out - we found out he had been postponing hearings. Not sure how he got the judge to do a formal withdrawl after not showing up in court and taking our money but he did. Luckily we were able to hire a criminal defense attorney, in Atlanta, to take his case to trial and my son was found innocent; however Archie stole every dime of the $1600!! ALSO KNOWN IN CANTON AS THE PLEA OUT KING! YOU CAN PLEA YOUR OWN CASE WITH SAME RESULTS FOR FREE! UNTRUSTWORTHY AND A THIEF AS FAR AS OUR FAMILY IS CONCERNED!!

I cannot say enough about Jenn Geller and Carla Gagliano. They went above and beyond for us during our Adoption journey. We were so incredibly lucky to have them guide us through all of the unknown territory that comes along with the adoption process. The efficiency and thoroughness made everything so incredibly easy and surprisingly quick. We were never without updates and we were able to contact Jenn or Carla at any moment that we needed.
