I hired Mr. Heller and his associates to help handle a very difficult and unique criminal situation for a friend of mine. There were a lot of questions, confusion and waiting involved in the case due to the special circumstances. Mr. Heller and his associates were always happy to help answer any questions they could along the way, and when an answer to any question was unknown a knowledgeable explanation was provided . In the end we were able to reach a positive outcome. I would recommend Mr. Heller and his associate's services to anyone needing a lawyer to represent their best interests. Very professional law office, offering practical advice. Everyone in the office was friendly and made us feel at home. The team took on our case, worked closely with us, and kept the communication channels open so we always knew what was going on and when. Mr. Reed's associate was excellent at explaining each step of the way, and we ended up with a very favorable outcome. Mr. Reed has extensive experience and is very well acquainted with the judges, prosecutors and other attorneys in the area which is a plus. Rather than being charged hourly, we paid a flat fee that covered us from beginning to end, and I feel that the fee was fair for the services provided. I used Mr. Heller for my Social Security Disability ALJ hearing, and I quickly got a favorable decision. Heller's team did all the work (e.g., getting medical records together, etc.), and I just had to show up at the hearing. It was pretty painless for me. I got charged with a misdemeanor and was afraid of the consequences. Not all your friends have your back, but Marsha definetly does! I was charged with misrepresentation of a non controlled substance in Cherokee County Georgia. The grand jury added two Rico charges to me so I had to be rearrested on court day. I did not have the money to get back out of jail so Marsha got me an OR bond thank God. She was able to get the Rico charges dropped on my plea bargain the DA offered to me. The case was settled less than a year which was like wow to me. Marsha and the BBR firm are working with me on my payments to get them payed in full. Without Marsha being on my case I would have been looking at a lot of years being locked up somewhere.
