I had a situation where I had to hire an attorney in the state of Georgia to handle litigation and I live in NC. I was worried about how things would go, being that we were in two different states, but Mr. Flinn and his staff were AWESOME!!!!! Everyone was pleasant and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone!!!!

Very fast less than 3 months and had a settlement

I started my lemon law journey by trying to secure the services of 3 highly rated “no fee” lawyers. That didn’t go well at all and after being ghosted by one and never being able to contact or speak to the actual lawyer of the others, I decided to give Michael Flinn a call. After meeting with him in person, he agreed to take my case and he helped me secure a manufacturer buyback where I received all my 8 months of car payments back from the manufacturer. Mr Flinn does charge an initial fee but you get what you pay for and I highly recommend you don’t use one of the no fee law firms and go to a professional like him. Because Mr Flinn won the case on my behalf, the manufacturer also refunded the initial retainer I paid to him so I still ended up not incurring any legal fees. He was always very responsive and got back to me within a few hours at most. He is a man of few words but is always professional and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart. He is your guy if you have a lemon law claim!
