I am SO grateful to Michael Flinn. A popular Atlanta-area car dealer refused to refund my sister her down payment after she realized she was a victim of their predatory yoyo car sales tactic. My sister and I reach out to Mr. Flinn and he responded in less than an hour to ask for a couple details. She received her refund in full and we couldn't be more thankful! If a car dealer is trying to take you for a financial ride (no pun intended), do yourself a favor and reach out to Mr. Flinn.

Michael is AMAZING!!! I reached out to him via his website inquiry form regarding a used lemon I recently bought and he responded quite quickly! Through our email interactions he was able to help me get my money back! I definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with a consumer law situation involving a vehicle.

In regards to Michael Finn’s response in my previous review. This is Marleny Sorto Castillo and I was unable to response to him in the same review so I had to do it through here. This is how unethical this man is in exposing part of my case to the public when it was supposed to be something private between him and I. This automatically should tell you to STAY AWAY from this supposedly law firm. He was very unprofessional and with a nasty attitude towards me. Never have I heard an attorney speak that way and I was shocked to hear the tone he used when he spoke to me. I didn’t know if I was speaking to an attorney or not. I’m so glad there are real attorneys out there with great reputation and excellent customer service which obviously Michael Flinn lacks in.

Don’t even bother calling this guy for advice…. He is rude, unprofessional and helpless. Find someone else and don’t waste your time with this low level person that doesn’t know anything about customer service. It makes me wonder if he really knows anything about the law with how uneducated he sounds.

Attorney Flinn is very proficient and supplied more than enough information to help me get started fighting for my rights. I purchased a vehicle with undisclosed problems and the dealer and loan company were unwilling to work with me. I reached out to several attorneys prior to Michael Flinn who were also unwilling to work with me. Mr. Michael Flynn helped to resolve this issue in a matter of hours. Something that I had been unable to resolve in over a month. I did complete the online form and had to follow up twice but I did receive a response in the same week and would gladly take a slight delay for the outcome I received. I am so incredibly thankful for the help I received from Michael Flinn and cannot recommend his services enough. Hopefully I never find myself in this situation again, but I know where to go if I do!

He's a good Lawyer in builtmyhopesup that I would get some of my monies back .then he folded over and told me because I signed he saw no fault on their behalf, I'm a senior by 67 yrs, they took advantage of me..I never looked at what I was signing, they folded the paper and rushed me into my n so I'm not happy ..ew car..took my trade-in and money, still my car note is doubled the amount as before

Wish I had read the reviews before I called this practice. If I could give a negative 10, I would. The questionnaire/intake girl who answered the phone was extremely rude - for absolutely no reason at ALL!. She sounded as if she was overwhelmed and over worked as if she's doing the work of 10 people and I doubt she gave Attorney Flinn my information. My take away - you can always tell the level of quality and service beginning with that first phone call. However a business operates it flows from the top. My case was probably out of his scope anyway!

Extremely disappointed. On June 30th I filed out the online questionnaire and was expecting a call that following week. A call nerver came. My Dad call their office on that Thursday for a few minutes and my Dad asked Mr. Flinn if he he would mind speaking with me (my Dad is 80), he said sure have her call the office. I immediately called back and left a voicemail. To date (July 13th) I haven’t received a call. However I did receive a e-mail that was full of what appears to be cases, there was no correspondence in that e-mail. I replied back that I didn’t know what all those case files were for, no response. An extremely unprofessional way to run a business.

Working with Attorney Flinn was a great decision. Dealing with a lemon law case is stressful and time consuming. Attorney Flinn and his firm were always on top of any questions I had (and I had many), along with taking the lead on all communications with the manufacturer. From the onset, Attorney Flinn was straightforward about what I should and should not expect as well as his level of confidence in my case. I never felt he was unreachable or did not know all the notes on my case. What I liked best about working with him, was his ability to be concise with the manufacturer but direct. Although you hope not to be in situations where you need to hire an Attorney, I can confidently say it was the best decision to hire Attorney Flinn.
