Very pleased with Mr Justin Flinn. It is a late review but a review. I used Mr. Flinn in December/January for a speeding ticket I had received. I used their online portal to find out more information on how they could help. I was able to make a quick phone call with him and he was able to give me the details on how he could help. I was in the process of deciding between a few different attorneys but I chose Mr Flinn because he was very professional and was very confident that he was able to help me. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them!!

Based on seeking help for a lemon law case: I first submitted my information to this firm through their online system. Michael Flinn was able to get back to me via email with some advice and even told me to call the office with questions and further info so he could have a more thorough understanding. I did so and was told that I needed to take it to a body shop to have them determine how much, if any, damage there was to the car so he could provide further advice after that. He wasn't the kindest for someone working as an advocate/counselor, but he wasn't rude either so I didn't care too much about it. I just wanted a good outcome either way. However, after calling back today and asking to speak with him and telling him my name and which car the issue was about he replied "I have a lot of people call me about their cars, but okay." A simple, "could you remind me of the facts of the case, please" would have gone so much further. In that instance I chose to say never mind and hang up because why would I want an attorney who isn't even kind BEFORE taking the case. For an attorney to be so curt with a potential client is sort of unbelievable (coming from a current law student). I don't need someone to hold my hand or baby me along the way, but as attorneys you are taught that people come to you at some of the worst points in their life. The least you can do is have empathy. T. Michael Flinn and his law office is amazing. I had a warranty issue with a vehicle and T. Michael Flinn handled the case with ease. He is very professional. He is extremely responsive. Any time I reached out to him, it didn't matter if it was after hours or not, he usually responded the same day and if not the very next morning. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. He walked me through every step of the process and reassured me not to worry about the outcome and that I had a strong case. He made the process very easy also. He got me every penny that I deserved and be honest he was able to get me more than I expected. He never once brushed me off or made me feel as if I didn't matter. I have had to deal with a lawyer in another situation dealing with a vehicle accident and I can tell you that the difference between the 2 were night and day. I would give T. Michael Flinn and his law office 100 stars if I could. The other lawyer that I dealt with would get 0 stars. It almost felt like the other lawyer was working for the other side and not me. I most definitely did not have that issue with T. Michael Flinn and his law office. There was never any doubt at all that he was on my side from the very beginning. T. Michael Flinn and his law office I would recommend to anyone that has any kind of warranty issue or lemon law issue. He is by far the best lawyer you will ever find to handle your case.

Spoke with Mr. Flinn and he was honest and let me know he wouldn’t take my case because I wouldn’t see any of the money due to his fees vs what I was suing for, he still told me exactly what I needed to do and sent me all the proper steps and laws in order to file my suit on my own. Not many people these days are honest and helpful like that!

When you were given the facts of the case you provided answers to deter me from using your services. When you heard I had a case, you told me that you would take 33% and to take what they were offering. You were condescending and very unprofessional. Glad I did not listen to you. I partnered with an attorney who listened and provided results. Enjoy your New Year!!

Definitely deserves 0 stars but 1 is the lowest we can go. It’s unfortunate that people like this have a professional business. I will be writing to the BBB and AG. Folks like Mr. Flinn are the epitome of what’s wrong with the world. I read through the reviews and there is a clear pattern. The folks Flinn couldn’t help had horrible experiences with him. There is nothing wrong with not being able to help clients. But the fact the he hung up one me not once, but twice and had the same disgusting, dismissive attitude with someone he doesn’t know proves he doesn’t deserve to have a business at all. It doesn’t matter how good of a lawyer Flinn thinks he is it doesn’t give him the right to talk to people the way he does when he doesn’t feel as though he has a case. He treats people as though they are incompetent because they didn’t pass the bar (as if that’s a life accomplishment). It’s not like he solved world hunger or anything. Sheesh. Flinn May be right about not being able to help people but the way he handles potential clients should have him disbarred so he can stay home away from decent people in Society. And I’m sure his response will be how he listened to me on the phone and I didn’t agree with him. I had no qualms with him not wanting to handle my case. I’m mad I spent so much time on the phone with a worthless human being and that I allowed him to talk to me like that. But it’s ok. Gods karma is real. And it gets people who swear they are above GODS law… Wish Mr. Flinn and his terrible firm the best!

Highly recommended! Atty Michael Flinn went above and beyond for me and my case. This could have turned out to be a long 4-year financial burden for me but with the professional and legal expertise and advice from Mr. Flinn, I now have a satisfactory resolution to my problem. He was very honest and open and up front! Words cannot justify the outstanding service, professionalism, and excellent results I received from this Atty.

If you are colored please don't contact this lawyer,he will not help you even when the case is clear.He was no help at all after continuing to ask me for information about my case.Just sad.
