Mr. Flinn is a straight forward person sometimes especially if you’re from the south can be mistaken as rude, but he was so helpful, with my consultation that I sent him lunch just for his time and advice! Entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Michael Flinn is the go to attorney when you have been truly scammed by a car dealer. He doesn't take a case unless he knows he can win for you. He isn't an attorney who will take your money and do nothing. He got a resolution to my issue with a Marietta dealer who sold me a car that was wrecked and did not have all the options that the Ad listed. Beware of Carfax reports as they do not always tell the true story as I found out. Michael Flinn knows his stuff! Atlanta and surrounding area dishonest car dealers should BEWARE of T. Michael Flinn!

Didn’t use him and would not have based on phone demeanor. Raised his voice and over talked me on a simple consultation call. Dismissive and nonchalant tone. If you’re tired of your job, quit. Manners and attitude is everything, especially in business. Duh.

I contacted the law firm of T. Michael Flinn recently to see if there was a possibility of him representing us. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite, informative, professional and friendly during our conversation. He even emailed me (as soon as we hung up the phone) a few blank legal forms that we needed to proceed with as a consumer prior to hiring any attorney. Also, even though it was determined that we live too far out of the area that the attorney normally services, Mr. Flinn himself contacted us by email to let us know that and to provide us with a referral to an attorney who might be able to help and who was closer to where we live. I write this review because it's very nice to encounter people who care and are willing to help even if you are not their client. With that kind of service in mind, just think about the possible service someone could get if they were Mr. Flinn's client..... 😊

Mr. Flinn is an advocate for justice. He accepted my case without hesitation and settled the affair justly and forthright in a timely fashion. He is not a pawn of anyone. The man works for you and your rights in the best interests of the law and what it stands for . Thank you Mr. Flynn. After reading some of the other reviews I can share this; if you do not have documentation, receipts and records don't bother the man and then leave a 1 star review and negative criticism because of your ineptitude. If you don't have a legitimate case with proof of such he can't help you. It's on you - not him.

When I called into the office to follow up with Michael Flinn and the receptionist answered sounding like she'd rather be anywhere else but there saying "Law Office," I knew I was doomed. "Ugh I don't know, whenever he's done," was her response to my question. I was shocked! I did get a call shortly after, but from an extremely unfriendly presence from the other side of the phone. It was Michael Flinn and his vibe was COMPLETELY off! I started to just go ahead and end the call there but I didn't want to just give up so I continued. I felt rushed. I felt like I was being a bothersome. I felt unwelcomed. I even cried when I got off the phone because he was so reluctant to do what he claims he does so well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY. TRUST ME! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ON SUCH AN URGENT MATTER!

Mr Flinn is a true hero to anyone that has been taken advantage of. It is about relationships, knowledge and experience and Mr Flinn has the talents and experience to solve problems quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend Mr Flinn for legal dealings.
