the receptionist was very nice and respectful didnt let me know she was transfering me over though. talking to the lawyer was another thing it kinda felt like i was being rushed or he didnt want to be bothered with what i had to say . Then hung up while i was still talking so that was definitely rude as all get out .

Using this law firm was the best decision I've made. They made this process so easy and seamless. Everyone I dealt with was kind and very professional. I hope I never need them again but I would definitely use them if I did. I highly recommend if you need someone to help you with the lemon law process.

I kept hitting roadblock after roadblock trying to get my vehicle returned as a lemon. I met Michael and 3 months later I had a total reimbursement check in my hand!

Very rude. I was hoping to give one star. Didn’t even do business with the man because of how rude he was. I’m calling regarding odometer fraud after purchasing a car to finish nursing school without any interruptions, only to find out the odometer was rolled back by 100k miles. This man was dry and dead on the phone yesterday. I didn’t have my papers becuae I was in class but I really just wanted an inquiry of my options. Said he would call me back when I got the papers. Never got a call. Tried calling him back and his rude secretary said he was too busy. I get a MISSED CALL from them today. I was in clinical so I called back about 20 minutes later. He said he doesn’t know who I am or what I’m calling for because apparently they get so many clients and he can’t keep up. Then after explaining my situation for the FOURTH time since yesterday he says okay I spoke to you yesterday so why are you calling me for... “WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME FOR?” Please read above where I said I received a missed call. How can you be so rude to somebody that you went out your way to call back. I already moved on from even dealing with this firm yesterday but they called back so I gave it another chance. So here you go. Flinn, you are rude. You do not deserve business. Customer service is non existent. Website says legal advice but that’s a lie. If anything you add to people’s unfortunate misery. If you’re looking to feel worse about yourself after spending thousands on a falsely advertised car, give this company a call. 100% guaranteed. Also I got another missed call after hanging up on him. Go figure.

We were unable to resolve an issue with a car dealer. Three other lawyers told me we had no recourse. Mr Flinn was referred to me by another attorney. Our initial consultation was thorough. He did his due diligence and accepted the case. He answered any questions we had, and ultimately resolved the case to our satisfaction.

After seeing this reviews I have to step up tell yall that Michael Flinn is straight to the point kind of attorney. The world isnt sugarcoated and pleasant and not everyone has a case. His staff might seem rude but do you know what all goes into being a lawyer for hundreds of people. I had a lemon law case with him years ago, at first I was told I didnt have a good case and after about a week I had enough evidence to convince the lawyer that I had a case worth fighting. UNDERSTAND THIS MAN DIDNT ASK FOR A DIME UPFRONT, WHY BECAUSE HE KNEW HE HAD A CASE THAT WAS WORTH FIGHTING FOR. So for all yall that want to speak about how rude they are pay upfront cost and yall come out of pocket. Michael I will never forget how hard you worked for my family and to make sure that the company paid for the mistake they were making. Thank you for being an amazing attorney.

He was very pleasant and easy to get along with. I asked for some advice. He gave me a list of steps to take and what I should do. He answered my questions is a timely and professional manner, and he was very patience with me throughout the process.
