After reading some of these reviews I had to put in my two cents. I'm an attorney in a neighboring county who sometimes has cases against him. There are plenty of lawyers I have issues with. Michael isn't one of them. I refer most of my automobile-related cases to him because he's an expert in that area. Michael is extremely smart and competent, a totally decent human being, and his professional ethics are beyond reproach. We need more lawyers like him. Yes, he gets to the point, but you aren't hiring a friend, you're hiring a lawyer.

Mr. Flinn can be tough and to the point, however I understand his time is valuable. Isn't yours? Some people don't like his brusk attitude, but he does his job and that's all that matters. He has helped me in the past and I highly recommend him.

He's very rude and has a horrible attitude hung up the phone on me and barely gave me a chance to talk. Wouldn't recommend.

I encourage you to not come to this man for help. He tried to screw me, but I got help in seeking justice. He is also very rude, contradictive, and he lacks competence in law. He made me loose out on thousands of dollars, because of his greed. He should be shut down immediately. If you want details just ask. This man is a disgrace to law and everything humane!

Mr. Flinn is very honest and professional lawyer, he took my case when no else would, he appealed all the way to the Ga supreme court, got a favorable ruling and got my case settled just before trial. I am happy that i met Mr. Flinn for consulting on this case and finally got it resolved.

We had a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with a bad transmission. We didn't know how to navigate the lemon law process. He helped us tremendously and provided good advice on not accepting FCA's initial offer. Lemon Law proceedings are something that Mr. Flinn specializes in and this was clear with the good advice and knowledge of the process. I had small case that no other lawyer would take because it was too much work for not enough money. Mr. Flinn took it and got me a settlement I was happy with. It took a while to get started at first, presumably because he was busy with other cases. His language is straight forward and to the point--he doesn't waste his time with fluff--it's not rude, that's just how busy lawyers are. With this, he answered all emails in a timely manner and answered all questions. That's really all you can ask of a lawyer. I am thankful for his service, it ended a two-year hopeless nightmare. As far as the prejudicial accusations, all i have to say is that I met Mr. Flinn at his office with my girlfriend at the time, and he did not turn away a Puerto Rican lesbian.
