I am extremely happy I reached out to Jason and his team. Best decision I could have made while dealing with my workers compensation case. He entire staff went above and beyond, from the beginning, to make sure I was aware and prepared for the journey and all it entailed. If I called or emailed, they replied. I'm a veteran whose claims for obstructive sleep apnea were denied by the VA. I'm not from Carrollton, but a friend recommended me to call Jason "just to ask a few questions", and I am so glad I did. I can't say anything but good things with regards to the whole process. From Jason, to each of his team members I dealt with along the way. When I hired Jason, I got a polite and professional team working for me. With me not being from there (1 1/2 hrs away), they were still able to help me without any trouble. I was able to see doctors from my area..ect. They always returned phone calls, and emails in a timely manner, explained to me step by step what was happening at the time, and what was going to, or what could happen next, they answered all my questions and made sure I understood the answer, and never made me feel like I was asking a "dumb question". I had a very complicated disability case that went back to the mid 90's. I had been out of the military for 16 years. I tried on my own along with help of local VA reps and was denied several times by the VA. I reached out to Travis Studdard and his staff based on doing research of who could help me.
