Would recommend Perkins Studdard LLC to anyone that is in need of a workers comp lawyer they are the best and im glad I hired them because I dont think anyone else could have done a better job and I thank yall for all the help.

This was my first time hiring a lawyer for anything, and it was an overall positive experience. The staff were both patient and pleasant in their dealings with me. I would definitely recommend them to any other vet who is needing help navigating the sometimes labyrinthine VA claims process.

Jason Perkins was my attorney for my worker’s compensation case. Him and his team are amazing, I had no idea what I was doing. Jason and his team walked me through step by step and made things so much easier on me. There were times that workers compensation didn’t pay me on time and my electricity was getting ready to get shut off because of it. Jason was ready to pay my bill to keep my lights on. A lot of attorneys are really only in it for the pay check but not Jason he truly cares about his clients. It was so nice working with Jason and his team. I also want to say thank you for all you did for me and my family. Most of all I need to thank Jackie she is so amazing and understanding. Thank you to all of you at Perkins and Studdard I don’t know what I would have done without you.

Very helpful and responsive to my needs after my injury. Staff was very helpful in answering any and all questions regarding my doctor information, expense reimbursement, and providing details emails in regards of what to expect next. Up front and honest about what to expect for the time of settlement as well as explaining how worker compensation laws work and the compensation value of my injury.

I located attorney Jason Perkins through a series of Workers Compensation videos located on You Tube. His videos were very informative by letting me know what to expect during this process. Got hurt at work looked up lawyers and saw hundreds and didn’t want to pin the tail on the donkey and just pick one. I started looking at reviews and lots of ones, twos and threes. My situation was important and I wanted the best I could get. Saw Jason called them up and it was so easy. Jason never was pushy he just gave me the facts and told me the pros and cons with each choice. Jackey was great and so was Jason. If my mom got hurt at work, I would send her to Jason. Started with Perkins and Studdard LLC the beginning of May and my claim was closed July 24, 2020. The results speak for themselves, and was more than I ever expected. April, Jessica, and Travis were responsive and knowledgeable! I could not have asked for a better team or better results!

His staff is very professional but, after a week of me sending them information they decided my case with the VA was not worth it and that it would take his attention off of other clients which I’m assuming he will be making more money from. Very disappointed and I understand why people recommend non local lawyers for these things.

We worked with Travis on my husband's VA disability appeal. Travis and his staff were very respectful and responsive to our needs. It was a process, because c&p always is with VA claims.
