Great law firm to work with! Very top notch! Got me what I deserved!

After a few years of several failed disability compensation re-evaluations, a fellow Marine friend of mine encouraged me to search out legal representation. I found Perkins-Studdard online and after reading an article titled, “How to get %100 T.D.I.U. with a %70 PTSD rating,” and watching a few short YouTube videos, I gave them a call. Upon calling, I was quickly put into contact with my soon-to-be lawyer, Travis. We spoke for about thirty minutes and he determined that my case would be a worthwhile pursuit. After the call I was immediately contacted by his assistant, Jessica. She became my main point of contact throughout the claims process and handled everything, from beginning to end, perfectly. It took nine months for the VA to get them the necessary documents (C-File) to start the claim but once Jessica received the C-File, my claim was submitted within a day or so. After that the VA processed the claim inside of a few months, and literally everything had went according to what Jessica had originally, and repeatedly told me. My claim for %100 T.D.I.U. was approved, with back pay. I consider myself a good candidate for T.D.I.U. I understand that my P.T.S.D. does not meet the criteria for a %100 rating in itself. But my P.T.S.D. does keep me from steady and sustainable work. If you are in a similar situation I highly encourage you to check out Perkins-Studdard.

I found out quick that they are not in the business of helping injured workers get the care they need to return back to work they are in the business of blocking you from getting the care you need in order to save the company they represent as much money as possible.
