When I contacted the Perkins and Studdard law firm, I was distraught and in desperate need of an Attorney to represent me with my workers comp case. I called and Jason Perkins answered the phone and he listened intently to me discuss my situation and responded with those words I so desperately needed to hear, “I will take your case”. I really needed to hear those words because the two other LARGER law firms in Atlanta didn’t want to take my case, I guess because they couldn’t see a big profit for themselves. But Jason made me feel like he cared more about me and what I needed than the money he could make. I was always informed about what to expect and whenever I needed a question answered, Tina Williams was on it. I never had to wait long before she responded back to me. Jason was not only able to get my benefits started back again, but also a nice settlement. They will get you what you need!

Jason was very professional and I felt like he honestly cared about my workman's comp case and not just about how much he could make for his practice. During the mediation he really worked hard to get the maximum payout possible from the insurance company. He is a not just a good lawyer but a good person as well. His staff was was also very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout this entire process. If you live in Carroll County and need legal representation with workman's comp Jason is the guy you want for the job. As far as I can tell his only fault is that he roots for the Georgia Bulldogs:)

My experience with Perkins Studdard has been nothing but a BLESSING. I was injured in 2018 and my original attorney withdrew from case. I spoke with another attorney before speaking with Jason Perkins. Jason Perkins took on my case knowing that Workers Comp may not settle my case.... he cares about people and helping them. I found Perkins - Studdard Law while searching the internet for information about Georgia Workers Compensation law. I was impressed by the amount of information and number of videos posted to help educate visitors about the subject. After reading and reviewing much of the information I called to schedule a meeting at their office. I met with Jason Perkins for about an hour where we discussed the details of my case. I was convinced that he could help and retained him to represent me. The most important factor in my decision was Jason's nearly complete concentration on workers compensation cases. He and his team were extremely professional. They were readily available to answer my questions. They were also very proactive in assisting me with prescription refills, travel reimbursement and regular case progress updates. I recommend Mr Jason Perkins to anyone needing help with their case. I chose him because he took out time to talk to me and allowed me to ask questions even before being hired to work my case.
